Nōmina Mental Health
Recovery Programs

Core Program
Our mental health recovery programs are designed around a 6-week, integrated program based on the STAMP wellness model founded by Dr. Adriana Wilson. In addition to psychoeducation on various components of wellness, our program offers several core elements.

Comprehensive Program
This comprehensive Focused Recovery Program builds upon our Core Program and is designed for those who need additional time to focus on their complex mental health needs, or who may need comprehensive resources as part of their treatment planning.

Skills-Focused
Program
Modeled after our Core Program, our Skills-Focused Program provides the same core programming with the primary variations being shared accommodation and less customization of services as required in a comprehensive program, leaving space for increased skill development.

Young Adult
Program
Our counsellors help make connections for young adults about how the past influences the present and improves your future, while our team helps create a plan for a successful recovery. The small size of our youth groups allows us to tailor our program to the individual needs of each of our clients.

Intensive Family Program
Our family program is designed to provide education and information to support integration and adaptive change for everyone.

Revive & Connect
Our skilled team of mental health professionals understand the unique challenges that can occur following a crisis and are highly developed in post-acute care. Our two-week intensive program with our specialized team is specifically designed to optimize your mental health, with an emphasis on reconnecting you with what matters most.

Intensive Sex Therapy
We recognize that sometimes individuals and couples need support working through complex issues relating to their sexual health. In addition to our regular program, we offer a 2-week sex therapy intensive program to both individuals and couples.

Pain Management & Sports Injury Program
At Nōmina, we have brought together a team of highly trained specialists with Origin Integrated Health to provide an evidence based comprehensive approach to managing chronic pain and sports injuries.

Sleep Recovery Program
Untreated sleep disorders can lead to complications such as diabetes, chronic pain, difficulty losing weight, emotional balance, and an increased chance of heart attack. Through our collaborative partners, we are able to support the delivery of cutting-edge, advanced technologies to help deliver services such as oral appliances to help promote better quality sleep.
