Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy focus on diminishing negative emotions that are associated with memories of traumatic events, through the use of rapid sets of eye movement. EDMR uses bilateral stimulation to organize negative and positive emotions, feelings and thoughts, in order to update hurtful memories and integrate new perspectives into the present day.

Direct Neurofeedback is a technique that directs extremely low-strength, unnoticeable electromagnetic currents into the brain. Research has shown that DNF can help with many mental health disorders like: anxiety, depression, PTSD/OSI, addiction, ADD/ADHD, chronic stress, autism, concussions and other brain injuries.
